We live in a little fishing village that is close to the sea. Sometimes, when the tide is high, the boys go swimming in the sea. I have always been nervous to let Joseph go swimming with the boys, but I knew the day would come.
His friends were in the water saying, "Come swim with us, Yusif!" Tim ran back to the house to get Joseph's swim trunks. Once he was all ready, he got nervous. But, it was too late...he couldn't back down. It took a little while, but he finally got in and his friends were happy to play with him.
Little by little Joseph is getting comfortable swimming in the sea with his friends from the village.
Another day we went to a pool with some of our village friends. The kids swam and I sat and watched with the mother. It was fun!
We had a great time with these friends!
