We've been enjoying the States. Here are some pictures to catch up on part of October and part of November.
We're starting to miss our life in the Middle East. We missed an important time for our friends, which was hard for us. But, we're glad to be here in America for a little bit.
We're looking forward to the holidays in the States, which have such a different feel than in the Middle East!

Tim's mom bought us season passes for the Albuquerque Zoo and we've been able to go a few times! We don't have such a nice zoo close to where we live, so this is extra special!
The fall colors at the zoo were so pretty!
Aww! Mother and Son!
Jeni got to go to the St. James Tea Room with a friend! What an extra special time just us girls!
We tried on some cute hats.
And we had some very tasty treats with our tea. Yum!
For Halloween we got to go trick-or-treating with some friends! What a great memory!
Joseph dressed up like a ninja and Faith dressed up like Elsa from Frozen.
Joseph liked acting like a ninja!
Here's a cute picture of Elsa getting buckled into her carseat. She needed some extra help because the dress was so big.
The day after Halloween we left for a road trip. We worked it out to go to The Sight & Sound Theatre to see the Jonah play! It was a great experience!
On our road trip we saw some beautiful views! The fall colors were so colorful!
The red trees were my favorite!
Along the way we got see these special friends! What a treat!

We even left our kiddos with Jeni's parents for a few days and got to get away just the two of us!
This is the Billy Graham chapel!
We got to visit a historical house.
I couldn't get over the beautiful fall leaves.
One morning we got to meet up with Jeni's cousin. We hadn't gotten to meet her baby yet. What a blessing she is!

We were excited to get to see the snow in Colorado! Faith was excited to get out and throw some snowballs at Grandma!

These kiddos had a good time in the snow, but not for long. It was too cold to stay out for long.
So they came in and sat by the heater with hot chocolate! That might have been their favorite part.
Driving in the snow is a bit nerve wracking, but we did it. It was worth it to drive and visit some friends. (We had so much fun we that we forgot to take pictures.)
We were glad to make our way back to New Mexico even in the snow! We got to drive back with Tim's parents. It was 7 degrees out when we took this picture...crazy!
A couple days after we got home we helped with the Spaghetti Dinner to raise funds for the Christmas Pageant that the kids are in at church.
Joseph and Faith got to be some of the servers! Fun memories!
