Christmas 2014

Spending Christmas in Colorado with family was special because all of Tim's family and most of my family was in town. We spent Christmas Eve with the Saltzmans and Christmas Day with the Baldwins.

Before we sat down to celebrate Christmas with the Saltzman family, we ladies were busy in the kitchen preparing the Christmas meal!
Joseph and Faith enjoyed sitting with their cousin, Jackie!
The presents got passed out and everyone was excited!
Faith got to be the first to open her presents because she's the youngest in the family.
I liked this picture of the Grandparents opening their presents with some help from the grandkids!
After opening presents we enjoyed our Christmas meal, which was Mexican food! Our favorite!
That afternoon we got some downtime together.
In the evening we went to the candlelight service at their church, which was such a treat! I just love singing Christmas carols and reflecting about how Jesus came to be the Light of the World.
After the church service we got ready to go Christmas caroling with Tim's family.

Here's a video of the Christmas Caroling:

The next day was also very special over at the Baldwin house! Faith has been dreaming of having her very own stuffed Olaf! I'm sure that this was her favorite gift...he's rarely very far from her!
Joseph's favorite gift was some pokimon cards. He couldn't wait to show his cousin, John!
Another pic of girly Faith having fun with Olaf!
I'm not sure who had more fun when the kids opened their presents...the grandparents or the kids!
Uncle Ross and Nana (Jeni's grandma) were both there for Christmas Day! The only one missing was Jeni's middle brother, Andrew.
Faith helped Grandma open her presents!
After opening presents the kids played with their toys as Christmas Dinner was being prepared. They loved these boxing robots! I think we all enjoyed this toy. :)
Faith and Grandma had to try out her new nerf gun!
Later my cousin and her kids came over. All of the kids piled on Uncle Ross. Can you see him in this picture?
By the time evening hit, there was enough snow on the ground to make snowballs. I didn't mind watching from inside as they had a snowball fight!
These two boys ganged up against Grampa!
Four cousins!
I liked how the flash caught the snow falling in this picture! What fun to have a white christmas!
I love this picture! Joseph is going after Grampa with a snowball! haha!
This is such a sweet picture of Joseph and Faith with Nana! She's so precious and we're all glad we could have her with us for Christmas!
The day after Christmas, my parents back yard was beautiful!
Joseph and Faith were eager to play in the snow some more!
I love that smile on her face! :D
Joseph helped Grampa with the snowblower.
We braved the cold and went ice skating! What a fun memory!
Grandma didn't hesitate to get out there on skates! Here she is helping Faith along!
We met up with Tim's sisters, Tonya and Karla, and their families at the ice skating rink!
Emma and Faith
This is 7 out of 8 cousins on the ice. Tori was too sick to come skating.
Tim and his dad on the ice with the kids.
Grampa and Faith warming up by the heater.
Tim with his sisters and their dad.

Father and son skating together.
I love this picture of Grandma with her grandkids on the ice!
Faith fell so many times, but she never lost that smile on her face! Grandma was close by to help her up, but sometimes she ended up on the ground too! ha!
