Christmas was extra special this year with Nammy & Papa around! The kids loved showing them where they put the ornaments on the Jesse tree!
There were other Christmas preparations to enjoy! Here's a couple pictures of the kids helping Nammy make her famous pumpkin bread!
On Christmas Eve our good friends came over and helped decorate Jesus' Birthday Cake! Since we're celebrating His birthday, Jesus MUST have a birthday cake!!
Later that evening we hosted a bunch of Americans in our home to sing Christmas Carols!
Tim's big Christmas present this year was and Oud! He even played his Oud for a couple of the Christmas Carols!
We went outside and sang a few songs by candlelight. Here's our family candlelight picture!
Christmas morning was such a special time!
There's nothing better than watching children open presents on Christmas morning!
I love this picture of Joseph our little photographer!
Tim had to take a picture with his Oud on Christmas morning! It's something he's wanted for years!
After presents and breakfast we added the final and most important piece to the Nativity Scene: Baby Jesus!
Later that evening we got dressed up for our Christmas dinner!
There was plenty of great food for Christmas! YUM!
After dinner we had a white elephant gift exchange.
I think everyone was glad that Tim's parents could be there!
The kids ran around outside with glow sticks while the adults did the white elephant gift exchange.
Once we were finished the kids got to give each other their gifts! What a blessing to have such good friends!
