fun in the rain

I can't believe it's been almost a month since I've blogged. These last few weeks have been so crazy busy, but also very fulfilling. Mostly because of Muharram and Ashura, we've been very busy with people who live in the village close to us.

In some ways it seems like this time has gone by in a blur...kind of like Joseph in the running picture! haha!



Right after Thanksgiving we had a few gloomy, cold, and rainy days! We felt like we had brought some of Turkey home with us! ;)

I'm not sure who had more fun in the rain and mud...Tim or the kids! :) For a few days I'm pretty sure we had the dirtiest car around.

 Joseph loved running right through the water...crazy kid!!

One good thing about the cold, rainy weather was that it felt more like the holidays than before. The cold weather helped us to get in the mood to put our Christmas tree up and to get the space heaters out.
