I'm thankful for our home

We've been home for only a few days and we are SO THANKFUL for our home! It's good to be home and we love the place that we call home!

We never doubted that God would provide for us. He has provided a home for us many times since we've been overseas.

I really enjoyed looking back and remembering how much He's blessed us over the last 5 years. We stepped out of America to a place that was so foreign. He has provided for us again and again! Each place we've lived in has felt like home. God is so good!

This was our first overseas place. I will never forget standing on the balcony of our apartment and watching the men play soccer. The mosque across the street was always interesting to us. We could see the men praying from our apartment.

It was the first place we landed and it holds a special place in my heart!

Our second apartment was also special because it was just three of us. It was the place where we learned to be parents to Joseph! We loved our apartment, it was our home...our sanctuary!

When we first moved to The Island, we lived in a villa. It was a completely different experience. God was good to us by providing this place. We only lived there for 5 months before the owner decided to sell it.

So, we moved just 3 weeks before we traveled to pick up our baby girl.

We moved into the apartment building on the left side in this picture. It was the perfect place for us at this time. We lived there for a year before going to the States.

God molded our family into who we are now. We became a family of four and this was our first home as a complete family! We have special memories here of Faith taking her first steps and of Joseph playing at the park. We loved this place too!

We stayed at a wonderful house in Albuquerque that was such a blessing! I guess I never took a picture of the front of the house. The backyard was one of the best parts, though!

Our time here was precious! We were renewed and refreshed. We had special time with family and friends. I'm thankful for how God provided for us through this house!

We had a wonderful time at this huge house in Denver. We stayed here for one month while Tim was taking a month long course for teaching English. It was a very full month! God is so good to have provided this place for those weeks.

God has proven Himself over and over again that He will provide a home for us. He cares about us and knows that we need it. I have no reason to doubt that He'll continue to provide in His perfect way!
